A Guide to the Design of Buildings for the Mediterranean Region with Special Reference to Malta

Written in 1968, this thesis considers how buildings can respond to the climate of the Mediterranean, with particular attention to Malta. It brings together building science, solar orientation, shading, ventilation, and the properties of building materials.

A work-in-progress digital restoration is available to browse. It includes all 226 reviewed page images alongside their faithful transcriptions, the original book outline, all ten restored parts and supporting book matter, and draft photographs and diagrams.

The original wording and historical data are retained. Some source details remain unresolved, and chart reconstruction and final typesetting are still in progress. The reader identifies review questions and shows the accepted presentation image for each page.
